Cognitive Behaviour Therapy would best describe the model I work with, but other approaches can also be used as appropriate. The focus of my work is to help people to take greater control in their lives and to empower them in their decision-making. I work with adults only and I work with a wide range of complaints including anxiety, depression and trauma. The length of time treatment may take varies enormously, depending on the individual and the issues they need to address. I prefer to use relatively short interventions, but of course if longer inputs are required this is also facilitated.
